Method of payment
for all packages must be by Money Order or Cash in person.
The remaining amount must be paid by Cash in a sealed
envelope on the date of the event. No Personal Check
accepted. Online payments apply for packages of $4,990.00
and up. Please consult with us for online payment.
ALL WEDDING DATES
ARE RESERVED BY A 50% DEPOSIT WITH SIGNED CONTRACT.

COPPER PACKAGE HIGH DEFINITION
Custom Video Events hereby propose to
furnish the Materials, Camera Equipment and Computers
necessary and perform the work for the completion of
video taping your Professional Wedding Event. You will
be provided with a completely Edited Professional Video
DVD of your Wedding. All Video shot & Filmed is
guaranteed to be as performed at your Wedding and the
below Package to be Performed in accordance with the
dates and locations you provide on this document. All
work submitted for the below Wedding will be completed
in a substantial work like professional manner. All
work is to be completed on the said date with payment
for the sum of $1,490.00 with payments to be made as
follows: A deposit in cash or money order of $745.00
with the remaining balance of $745.00 due on the day
of your wedding in Cash. No Checks accepted.
As Bride and Groom if food is served at our reception,
we here by agree to provide meals for Videographer(s)
and Assistance(s).
I here by agree to give Custom Video Events full creative
control to perform Videography, Photography and edit
such said Wedding footage. Bride & Groom also agree
to allow Custom Video Events to Photograph at anytime
of Bride and Groom which may be used for DVD cover and
Motion menus and also for Wedding Video.
ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL with the above prices, specifications
and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted
and final. Custom Video Events is authorized to do the
work as specified. Payments will be made as specified
